Place the scale on a flat, hard surface. Soft or uneven floor covering (eg. Carpet, linoleum) can lead to unstable readings of your weight.
Step on the scale placed in parallel with steps, evenly distributing body weight.
Remain still during the measurement.
Always weigh on the same scale every day, at the same time, preferably without clothes and before breakfast. To get the most accurate readings, weigh twice and if they show themselves different, your weight is somewhere between the two results.
The surface of the instrument can be slippery when wet.
1. To obtain accurate readings put the scale of sustained flat floor. Turn on the scale by stepping on it and then start the measurement.
2. Wait a few seconds until the display shows the measurement (example 61.5 kg), then get off from the scale to complete the measurement.
3. If the display shows the sign "OL", it means that the measured weight is over 150 kg.
4. If the sign shows "C" in the display means that the instrument is calibrated. Start the whole process again.
