You as a consumer have the right to withdraw from the ordered goods within 14 working days of receipt of the goods in the event that they are not used except for sample (functionality of the goods, matching size), the integrity of their packaging is not damaged and preserved commercial appearance (all labels, stickers, etc. must be on the goods) , in which it was received and the conditions of Article 55 of the CPA.
In the event that the complaint is due to identified shortages, non-described defects of the products, non-conformity with the stated dimensions or non-conformity with the model or brand, the courier costs for the replacement or return of the product are at our expense if sent to us with the Standard 24 service - to Speedy Office 164, Sofia. Stara Zagora and the mark "BY CONTRACT" is used (this is the service with which you as a customer received the shipment).
In all other cases, the return of the product to our address is at the expense of the customer.
Returning a product from an order qualifying for the "Free Shipping" bonus
Since free shipping is a bonus that Lek.bg gives to its customers for orders over a certain amount, when returning a product from an order with free shipping, if the value of the order, after subtracting the value of the returned product, falls below the amount required for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount returned to the customer.
For example, if you ordered 3 products for 30 BGN, the order amount becomes 90 BGN. You qualify for the bonus "Free delivery to a Speedy office". If after delivery you decide that you want to return one of the products, the order amount becomes 90-30=60 lv. In this case, by refunding the product, Lek.bg will deduct the shipping amount from the value of the product you are returning.
If you are returning all 3 products from the order, the shipping amount will also be deducted if you as a customer when placing the order did not choose the cheapest shipping option offered by the site.
What to do to return a product:
To return a product from your order, go to your customer profile page and click on the "Order History" section. On the order from which you wish to return a product please click "details". Select the check box of the product you wish to return and provide a brief explanation of why you wish to return it. Then click on the "return product" button. Our customer service department will approve the return. Once the return has been approved, you should print out the product return form in your account under "Product Returns" and include it in the return package along with the product you are returning, the original receipt and/or invoice you received and send the product to us at the address indicated (Speedy Office 164, Stara Zagora). After receiving the product, our customer service department checks the received shipment and if the product meets the conditions for return described above, within 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to reject the products and the product is returned to us we will refund the amount paid for the product in the way it was received. If payment is made by PPT (postal money order), the amount will be refunded by bank transfer. For this purpose, please inform us of your bank account via e-mail. If you have paid online by debit or credit card, the amount will be refunded to your card.
Returning an opened/printed/used beauty product is not possible.
If a defective product is found within 24 hours of receipt and the goods and packaging are in an unblemished state, we undertake to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty conditions or refund the value of the goods paid by you in accordance with article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act from the date on which you as the consumer have exercised your right of withdrawal. After this period, or in the event of damage to the merchantable appearance or packaging of the goods, the repair of the goods shall be borne by the repairers specified in the warranty card.
In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the characteristics specified on the page, the supplier shall replace the goods, repair them within the statutory period or refund the entire amount paid by the consumer, including the transport costs paid by the consumer for the acquisition of the goods in accordance with Article 59(3) of the Consumer Protection Act and within 14 days of receipt of the goods and undamaged commercial appearance of the goods and packaging.
VERY IMPORTANT!!! Upon receipt of the shipment you MUST check the package for external damage, crushes and wet spots.
In case of damage to the appearance of the package occurred during transport, you must contact the courier for a damaged shipment report.
WITHOUT a damaged shipment report issued at the time of discovery, claims for product damaged in transit will not be respected and the goods (product) will be deemed to have been received in good condition in accordance with the sales contract.
Orders unclaimed and/or not delivered within 7 days will be automatically canceled.
