Do not use the Gripeks HotAktiv:
If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to active substancesor any of the other ingredients of Gripeks HotAktiv;
If you suffer from any of the following diseases:
unstable coronary heart disease;
Cardiac arrhythmia;
high blood pressure;
congenital deficiency of glucose-6-dehydrogenase, andmethaemoglobin reductase deficiency;
severe hepatic or renal failure;
viral hepatitis;
alcoholism;
phenylketonuria;
angle-closure glaucoma;
hyperthyroidism;
during treatment with MAO inhibitors, and two weeks after stopping their intake;
in combination with tricyclic antidepressants;
during treatment with zidovudine (a drug used in the treatment of HIV infections);
in children under 12 years of age.
Warnings and precautions
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before you takeGripeks HotAktiv:
If you have liver or kidney disease, bronchial asthma,prostatic hyperplasia, Raynaud syndrome (pallor, followed by cyanosis of the fingers and toes, the finalparts of the ears and nose, often provoked by cold oremotion), coronary heart disease, diabetes;
If you take anticoagulants, should consult a doctorbefore you start taking Gripeks HotAktiv;
If you accept the antagonists of β-adrenergic receptors, use carefully this medicinal product;
Check whether other medications that do not containacetaminophen, because of the risk of overdose;
Do not take simultaneously and other medicinesagainst the flu, colds and decongestants(sympathomimetics).
You should consult with your physician if thesewarnings relate to past circumstances.
Do not use alcohol while taking this medicationbecause of the risk of toxic liver damage.
